The Director of Sales (DOS), LATAM role combines sales activities with team management and strategic direction for the region. The DOS serves as the direct manager for an existing team of Account Executives in both Miami and Mexico City. The DOS will function as a player-coach, actively working with individual Account Executives to close strategic deals with both agencies and brands.
